Who is this workshop for?
Artists, dealers and gallerists who sell art and want to know exactly who their collector is and how to reach them consistently.
Do I need prior business or sales experience?
No. The workshop meets you where you are, whether you are just starting to sell or wanting to grow into the next level of your practice.
How are sessions delivered?
Sessions are delivered virtually via video call, 90 minutes each, Monday through Thursday.
What is the difference between Individual and Group?
The Individual workshop is fully personalized to one client. The Group workshop runs with five to seven participants and each person receives an individual collector strategy within the shared session format. Both deliver the same four sessions and the same outcomes.
How do I get scheduled?
Submit the enrollment form on the workshop page. We will reach out personally within 48 hours to confirm your spot and schedule your session based on the next available opening.
Will I receive the session recordings?
Yes. Recordings of each session will be shared with you after each class for your personal use and to keep.
What do I receive before each session?
Before each session I will send you via email the content and material for the following session so you can come prepared.
Can I reschedule or get a refund?
Once your workshop week is confirmed and payment is received there is no rescheduling and no refunds under any circumstances.
Is this workshop available in person?

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Time-Art Consulting Workshop is delivered by Sarah Lörenk, Founder of The Time-Art LLC, consisting of four live sessions of 90 minutes each conducted Monday through Thursday across one consecutive week. The workshop is available individually at $799 or in a group of five to seven participants at $299 per person.
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. No session will be held without cleared payment. Submitting the enrollment form does not confirm your spot. Confirmation is sent personally by The Time-Art within 48 hours of form submission based on availability. Payment is due upon confirmation of your session week.
Once your workshop week is confirmed and payment is received there is no rescheduling and no refunds under any circumstances. If The Time-Art must cancel a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances the client will receive a full credit toward a future session.
Before each session the client will receive via email the content and material for the following session. Clients are expected to arrive to each session prepared and on time. Sessions begin at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival and time lost will not be recovered or extended. A stable internet connection is required for virtual sessions. Technical difficulties on the client's end do not entitle the client to session extensions.
Recordings of each session will be shared with the client after each class for personal use only. Recordings may not be reproduced, distributed or shared publicly in any form.
All information shared by the client during sessions is treated with complete confidentiality and will never be shared with any third party without the client's prior written consent. The Time-Art may reference anonymized non-identifying outcomes in marketing materials but never identifying information without explicit written consent.
All workshop content, frameworks and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Sarah Lörenk and The Time-Art LLC. Clients may not reproduce, distribute or share workshop content without prior written permission from The Time-Art.
This workshop provides professional consulting guidance and does not guarantee specific sales results or revenue outcomes. Outcomes depend entirely on the client's own implementation of the strategies developed during sessions. The Time-Art's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client.
By completing payment the client confirms they have read and agreed to these terms in their entirety.
PRIVACY POLICY
The Time-Art collects personal information submitted through the enrollment form including name, email, website and social media solely for the purpose of scheduling and delivering the workshop. This information is never sold, shared or distributed to third parties. All client information is stored securely and used exclusively for communication related to The Time-Art workshop and services. Clients may request the deletion of their personal information at any time by contacting The Time-Art directly at hello@thetime-art.com
