TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ABOUT THE TIME-ART
The Time-Art LLC is a consulting and community firm for art professionals developing careers and businesses that sell art. Founded by Sarah Lörenk, The Time-Art offers two services: private 1:1 consulting sessions and The Dealer's Circle, a paid subscription community hosted on Substack. By purchasing any service or subscribing to any offering from The Time-Art you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document in their entirety.
SERVICES
The Time-Art offers two formats of private 1:1 consulting. The single session is one 90-minute consultation for $299. The three session consultation consists of three 90-minute sessions for $799, including a written strategy document delivered after the second session and a follow-up session scheduled three months after the third session to review progress and achievements. All sessions are conducted virtually via video call unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Sessions are recorded and the recording is delivered exclusively to the client for personal use only.
The Dealer's Circle is a paid subscription community hosted on Substack for art professionals developing careers and businesses that sell art. The monthly subscription is $99 per month and the annual subscription is $299 per year. Subscribers receive access to educational articles, digital resources, live weekly workshops and book club sessions and a recorded library of all past meetings behind the Substack paywall.
PAYMENT
All payments are due in full at the time of purchase or subscription. No service will be delivered without cleared payment. For 1:1 consulting sessions payment is processed through the payment links provided by The Time-Art and scheduling begins only after payment has been received and confirmed. For The Dealer's Circle subscription payments are processed through Substack's payment system. By subscribing you agree to Substack's payment terms in addition to these terms and conditions. All prices are listed in US dollars. The Time-Art reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time and existing subscribers will be notified of any pricing changes prior to their next billing cycle.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. The Time-Art does not offer refunds under any circumstances for 1:1 consulting sessions or Dealer's Circle subscriptions once payment has been received. For 1:1 consulting sessions if a client needs to reschedule they may do so with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice forfeit that session with no refund or credit issued. For The Dealer's Circle monthly subscribers may cancel at any time through Substack to prevent future charges but no refund will be issued for the current billing period. Annual subscribers may cancel at any time to prevent renewal but no partial or full refund will be issued for the remaining period of the annual subscription. If The Time-Art must cancel a scheduled consulting session due to unforeseen circumstances the client will receive a full credit toward a future session.
NON-DISCLOSURE AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Sarah Lörenk and The Time-Art commit to maintaining strict confidentiality with respect to all information shared by clients in the context of 1:1 consulting sessions. This includes but is not limited to personal, financial, business, creative and operational information disclosed during sessions. All session recordings are delivered exclusively to the client for their personal use only. The Time-Art will never use, share, publish or reference session recordings or their contents in any form without the client's prior explicit written consent. The Time-Art may reference anonymized non-identifying client outcomes as general examples in educational content or marketing materials but no identifying information will ever be used without explicit written consent from the client. All information shared by Dealer's Circle members within the community is expected to be treated with discretion and respect by all members. The Time-Art is not responsible for the conduct of individual community members outside of sessions or community spaces managed directly by The Time-Art.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, frameworks, methodologies, articles, recordings, resources and materials created and delivered by The Time-Art are the exclusive intellectual property of Sarah Lörenk and The Time-Art LLC. Clients and subscribers may use the strategies, frameworks and resources shared through The Time-Art exclusively for their own professional practice. No content may be reproduced, distributed, resold, taught or publicly shared in any form without prior written permission from The Time-Art. Recording of sessions by the client is not permitted without prior written consent from The Time-Art.
PRIVACY POLICY
The Time-Art collects personal information submitted through consulting inquiry forms and Substack subscriptions including name, email, website and social media solely for the purpose of delivering services and communicating with clients and subscribers. This information is never sold, shared or distributed to third parties. All client and subscriber information is stored securely and used exclusively for communication related to The Time-Art's services and community. The Time-Art uses Substack and third party payment processors to deliver services and by subscribing or purchasing you acknowledge that your payment and subscription data is also subject to the privacy policies of those platforms. Clients and subscribers may request the deletion of their personal information at any time by contacting The Time-Art directly at www.thetime-art.com.
COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
The Dealer's Circle is a professional community for art professionals. All members are expected to conduct themselves with respect, professionalism and integrity at all times within community spaces including live sessions, book clubs and any shared communication channels. Sharing, distributing or reproducing any content, resources or recordings from The Dealer's Circle without written permission from The Time-Art is not permitted. Soliciting other members for personal business gain without prior approval from The Time-Art is not permitted. Disrespectful, discriminatory or abusive conduct toward any member or toward The Time-Art is not permitted. Sharing confidential information disclosed by other members outside of the community is not permitted. The Time-Art reserves the right to remove any member from The Dealer's Circle without refund if their conduct violates these community guidelines or disrupts the integrity of the community.
DISCLAIMER
The Time-Art provides professional consulting guidance and educational community content based on Sarah Lörenk's 15 years of experience as a private art dealer and consultant. The Time-Art does not guarantee specific sales results, revenue outcomes or business growth. Outcomes from consulting sessions and community participation depend entirely on the client's own implementation of strategies and recommendations and The Time-Art is not responsible for results that are not achieved due to lack of implementation. The content shared through The Time-Art is not a substitute for legal, financial or accounting advice and clients and subscribers are encouraged to consult appropriate licensed professionals for matters outside the scope of art sales strategy and consulting. The Time-Art does not represent artists or accept portfolio submissions. The Time-Art's total liability to any client for any claim arising from consulting services shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the relevant service.
GOVERNING LAW AND AMENDMENTS
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or from participation in The Time-Art's services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation between both parties before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. The Time-Art reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time and clients and subscribers will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of services following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing a consulting session or subscribing to The Dealer's Circle the client or subscriber confirms they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
