These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by The Time-Art (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Service

  • The Time-Art facilitates curated introductions within the art world.

  • Our service consists of connecting Clients with individuals, organizations, or professionals from our network (“Connections”).

  • Connections are identified based on the information you provide in our intake form and/or during our introductory call.

  • All introductions are double opt-in, meaning both parties consent before any contact details are shared.

2. Nature of Connections

  • The outcome of our service is the introduction itself.

  • We do not guarantee sales, exhibitions, partnerships, collaborations, employment, or any specific result following an introduction.

  • Clients are solely responsible for developing relationships with Connections and for any subsequent communications, negotiations, or agreements.

  • Connections are intended to foster opportunity and must be approached by Clients with professionalism, maturity, and respect.

3. Our Network

  • The Time-Art’s network is the result of years of professional work, including gallery leadership, membership in industry associations, curatorial partnerships, collaborations with both for-profit and non-profit organizations, participation in art fairs and cultural events, and ongoing engagement with collectors, agencies, and industry leaders.

  • By using our service, you acknowledge that the value we provide lies in access to this trusted, organic network.

  • Clients agree not to misrepresent The Time-Art’s role or exploit its network for purposes outside the agreed scope of service.

4. Confidentiality

  • We respect the privacy of our Clients and Connections.

  • No personal or professional information will be shared without explicit consent.

  • You agree to treat all introductions and related information as confidential and not to disclose them without permission from the involved parties.

5. Fees & Payment

  • Fees for services are communicated directly by email after your intake call.

  • All fees must be paid in full before services begin.

  • Fees are non-refundable once introductions are made, regardless of the outcome of subsequent relationships.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and honest information when completing intake forms or calls.

  • Approach all Connections with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.

  • Maintain confidentiality of information provided.

  • Understand and accept that The Time-Art does not control or influence the outcomes of introductions.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • The Time-Art is not responsible for the actions, communications, agreements, or conduct of Connections after an introduction is made.

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, claim, or dispute that may arise from relationships formed through our introductions.

  • By using our services, you release The Time-Art from any responsibility related to the outcomes of introductions.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on The Time-Art’s website, including text, graphics, and branding, is our intellectual property.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without written consent.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to decline or terminate services at our discretion, including in cases where we believe a Client has acted unprofessionally, breached confidentiality, or violated these Terms.

 

10. Amendments

  • We may update these Terms periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
